Stuart Vverse has been creating for Loewe for four years now. Despite the fact that the union of the designer and the fashion house could never be called loud, ultimately Vevers showed what a designer who completely devoted himself to his craft and open relations with the Spanish House of Mod, whose history began one hundred and sixty years ago. The task of Vevers as a creative director of Loewe was to find a new approach to creating leather products that Loewe House is so famous for. And Vevers found this approach, creating a truly amazing collection of accessories and leather outfits and not only.
The designer has long found a creative way to mix the past and future. Inspired by the Royal Andaluzian school of horseback art in the sherry and its traditions, Vevers added to traditional riding outfits: jackets and breeches that he hid from his leather and decorated with scraps and strokes. However, in the collection you could see a lot of everyday outfits: sports jackets, dense leather jackets Loewe to the hips, clashes, which combined male and female elements. For example, black options with large overhead pockets, a single -breasted and double -breasted clasp, stitched in the style of militarians, were more like men’s models than women’s. But here Stuart definitely fell into the trends of women’s leather jackets Winter in the shows of other famous brands, you can also see something in a military style. The creative director of Loewe gave the woman a chance to remain sweet and charming. To serious outerwear, he offers only wide claw skirts. No trousers! There were so many costumes with tiered vegetable leather tint that at first it seemed that other creations of the designer would not be seen among them, for example, a whole -stained dress of fabric in a rush or outfits with princes in the Baroque style. However, somewhere in the middle of the show, Vverse reached the balance and everything finally fell into place. The most striking creations in his show can be called fur rinses of pink and black-pink strip. These models gave the whole show a special piquancy. In the end, the fantasies of the designer ceased to be gloomy and the glimpses of mood were transformed into pink glamorous gizmos from fur. The audience accepted his strict styles with a drop of romance favorably.
