The pregnancy of any woman is, first of all, a physiological phenomenon. Alas, there are cases of anomatization of this period. But here it all depends on the woman herself and, of course, on the rational regime of the day.
In the first trimester of pregnancy, a woman can perform, as before, all home and production work. Also during this period (the first trimester), it is necessary to alternate work with a vacation in an equal proportion in order to protect your body from overwork and exhaustion, as well as preserve the nervous system.
Pregnant women are strictly contraindicated: to work for a long time in cold rooms, engage in heavy physical labor, lift and transfer weights, work in conditions of strong concussion.
At the end of the usual working day, pregnant women are recommended to relax and sleep at least one hour. In addition, it is necessary to strictly associate the normal mode of sleep. Night sleep should last 8-9 hours. Before evening sleep, it will be very useful to walk through the fresh air with a slow step with deep breaths.
A minimum, easy dinner should follow before night. A rest room for a pregnant woman should ventilate at least twice a day.
