As always, with the advent of the summer season, many are faced with the problem of uneven and almost always excessive tanning. To avoid such situations, you should just follow some tips. Firstly, before taking a tan, it is worth getting to an appointment with a doctor (a dermatologist or oncologist) to exclude contraindications for you.
Secondly, it is worth correctly selecting the type of swimsuit, because it should not only sit perfectly, but also not to prevent uniform tanning. It is worth giving preference, if straps, then thin, but as for the style, then only to separate.
Thirdly, before going to the beach, it is advisable to process the whole body with a scrub, which will exfoliate all the dead cells from the surface of the skin, and the sunscreen (preferably in 20 minutes).
In the fourth, the tanning process itself should begin with 10 minutes a day, after which you should move under an umbrella or a canopy. At the same time, the most optimal time of sunbathing is up to 11 pm and after 16 pm.
Also while on the beach, do not forget about maintaining your water balance and proper nutrition. These factors largely affect the quality of tanning.
After passing the tan procedure, it is worth rinsing with a shower and treating the skin with a moisturizer.
In general, I want to add that in any case the main thing is not to overdo it, because you can cause great harm to health and beauty.
