Very little time was left before the start of one of the main social events of Moscow – the Russian Fashion Week, in which a series of defiles of famous designers will take place.
Hayam Hanukaev is a flying silhouette and unique cut, almost weightless fabrics, pastel shades combined with gold trim. Hayam Hayam Hanukaev woman – Goddess, in the human body. An image that is not amenable to a simple definition. An image from which it is impossible to take your eyes off due to the inability to reveal all the secrets. So close and so far away at the same time. Having become the opening of the spring Russian Fashion Week, and amazing the viewer with the challenge and scandalousness of his collection “Second Birth”, young designer Khayyam Khanukaev is again preparing for battle. To the fight from the coutures for the victory in the world of beauty, female irresistibility and style.
At 24, he is one of the most popular costumes of Russian cinema, television and advertising business. Five years ago, he left his hometown so that Moscow opened its arms in front of him and obey how obstinate women obey, feeling the strength of a man. Looking at Khayyam, involuntarily the idea comes to mind that “Moscow still believes in tears,” and even more she believes talent, round-the-clock work, faith in herself and in the matter that she is busy.
Hayyam, by his own admission, has always been a very strange child, a little closed, fearing misunderstanding. Instead of friends-little ones were girls. Instead of cars – dolls. Khayyama from an early age was attracted to beauty, in all its manifestations: cinema, music, books, dancing.
Undoubted gratitude for the love of beauty and clothes Hayyam gives his mother, in the dressing room of which he could examine numerous outfits, cosmetics, shoes, accessories for hours. Just then, being a second -class student of a regular school, the future designer exactly chose his way. Sister, seeing the drawings of the younger brother, said that there is such a profession. After these words, Khayyam no longer thought and did not choose, he understood for sure – the model artist is his.
Studying in grade 8, Khayyam with tears persuaded the director of the school of the Closers to allow him to study. Despite the fact that only school graduates could become students, Khayyam every day after lessons, went to the Clobe school, returning home only to midnight.
Having noticed the young talent among the participants of the Generation M contest, Khayyam was invited to work on the STS channel, to wear the hosts. And the entire competitive collection was immediately bought after the show. So, at the age of 18 he was a stylist, worked a lot in magazines, became a shopper, studied and had a workshop with three dressmakers, when his rest only entered universities. The recognition of Krasnoyarsk was obtained. People on the streets took autographs, journalists – interviews…
Just at that moment, Khayyam realized that it was time to go to Moscow, because a sense of internal development dulled. New ideas, images, thoughts were urgently needed. Protracted depression began, long a year. She was cut off by an invitation from Moscow, with a proposal to participate in the competition “Assembly of Fashion”. Khayyam left. Despite success in the competition, in everyday life there had to go many obstacles: lack of money, friends, great competition and uncertainty in the future. The first sketches that were made in Moscow for one major fashion house were taken with the words “thank you, we will call you”, but they didn’t call back. And the dresses created according to these sketches, Khayyam soon saw on the catwalk! Unfortunately – not on its. But after that the designer’s head did not sink.
Having a little operated, Hayyam entered VGIK. At the end, work began in the movie as an assistant costume artist, and after three months, Khanukaev became a full -fledged artist.
Now in his track record 10 projects in cinema and on television and about 150 commercials! He created his brand. Draws paintings, writes a book, dreams of creating costumes for the theater scene. And he himself, with genuine charm and even a little embarrassed, says: “I just live…”
