There are a lot of literature on the topic of leadership, in which a variety of points of view.

I propose to talk about leadership in the context of mlm business. I will bring it to this conversation, and I am my contribution.

It is very difficult to describe a leader.

I understand the concept of “leader” like this:

“The person who leads the team to achieve the chosen goals”.

The leader knows how to fully control the situation and members of his team.

Only then can he lead the team to success.

In recent studies have shown that everyone can become a leader if it acquires the necessary skills and knowledge.

The leader has a set of qualities and abilities.

There are leaders in position, social position.

And there are informal leaders with a high degree of trust.

Only trust gives the leader power.

The leader knows how to solve problems in order to promote his team to the goal.

The leader must be able to inspire followers.

The leader, inherently, strategist.

Leader is an insightful listener. He speaks less, listens more.

A very important quality of the leader is responsibility not only for his results and actions, but also for each team member.

There are no bosses and subordinates in mlm business. There are leaders and followers.
