It should also be remembered that the pasta is a flour product, so it is also better to refuse them. But porridge will be a great addition to the soup. Since the diet is designed to exclude bread, you can safely add fish or cutlets to porridge. The third is suitable for tea, which can be drunk both with sugar and without it, or with pastila or marmalade.

Remember that you can’t overeat at night, so make dinner as easy as possible. No need to eat before going to bed what will be absorbed for a long time. Even a light salad made of vegetables does not affect your figure. During the day, you can drink mineral water or kefir in unlimited quantities. In case you cannot do without sweets, you must always have dried fruits at hand. You can still pamper yourself with nuts, but not before going to bed.
